DESCRIPTION
Organic agar-agar is obtained from marine algae. Recommended for thickening sauces, jams, creams, toppings, puddings and jellies.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Dissolve 5 g of agar in 0.5 liters of cold water. Heat to boil. Cool and leave to solidify in the refrigerator.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of small children.
