‘Our kale garden is our green piece of heaven,’ says young farmer Betty. She and her partner Plamen are growing organic kale in the small Bulgarian town of Hissar. The couple picks the fresh leaves and mixes them with carefully selected seasonings, energizing nuts and seeds.
