DESCRIPTION:
Pasta made from corn and rice flour, with the addition of amaranth, teff, and quinoa. Thanks to the use of the highest quality ingredients and modern production technology, the pasta retains its elasticity, shape, and color during cooking.

PREPARATION:
Fill a large enough pot with water, 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring the water to a boil and add salt, approximately 10 g of coarse salt per 100 g of pasta. Put the pasta in boiling water and cook for 11-13 minutes. Drain the pasta and season to taste.
