DESCRIPTION
Organic red quinoa, also known as quinoa. It successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It is perfect as an ingredient in soups and an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods and desserts.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
It is recommended to pour quinoa grains with hot water on a fine sieve, then cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for approx. 25 minutes. Salt at the end of cooking.
