DESCRIPTION
Erythritol is a natural sweetener used as an alternative to traditional sugar. It belongs to sugar alcohols – polyols. Erythritol has zero caloric value. It is characterized by high sweetness (60 – 80% sucrose). Erythritol has a zero glycemic index and a very low insulin index II = 2.
Erythritol looks and tastes like sugar, leaving no unpleasant aftertaste in the mouth. It can be used as a sugar substitute for sweetening, baking, cooking and preparing desserts. Due to the level of sweetness, use slightly more erythritol than sucrose.
The form of packaging in individual sachets allows you to take erythritol almost anywhere to work, office, on a trip or serve it to guests!
