DESCRIPTION
The algae is hand-harvested in its natural habitat, on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters). Dehydrated and scalded, they can be used as a base for salads. Cooked as an accompaniment to FISH and seafood dishes or with scrambled eggs, croquettes, soups, stews, rice, pasta and hamburgers. 4 g of the product contains 150 µg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.

Soak 1 g of algae in water for 10 minutes. After soaking, the algae increase in volume 6 times. Cooking time: 5 minutes

Store at room temperature in a dry place. After opening, store in a tightly closed container.
