DESCRIPTION
vEGGs “Omelette” is a plant-based, 100% natural alternative to EGGS, thanks to which you can prepare delicious vegan scrambled eggs, omelette, quiche, frittata and other egg dishes. Simply mix vEGGs with water, pour into a heated pan and prepare a veggie scramble, or add vegetables, put in the oven and prepare a tasty casserole. Use vEGGs also as an ingredient in pancakes, sweet pastries or dumpling dough. vEGGs are a must-have in every kitchen, not just for vegans and allergy sufferers – they have a long shelf life and you can conveniently store them in the cupboard.
PREPARATION METHOD
One veggie: Mix thoroughly 12 g (22 ml) of vEGGs powder, 2 ½ tablespoons of water (37 ml / 37 g) and half a teaspoon of oil (2.5 ml). Use like a chicken egg. Scrambled
egg: Prepare a mixture of any number of veggies. Pour the mixture into a heated, well-greased non-stick pan. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring gently, flipping and separating. Stir only occasionally.
Vegan omelette, quiche and similar dishes: Adding MILK or cream is not recommended.
