Organic Arborio rice originates from Italy. It’s a unique variety of rice, characterized by a subtle nutty flavor and unique aroma. It forms the basis of the traditional Italian dish, risotto. It’s also excellent as an addition to meats, salads, exotic dishes, and desserts.

PREPARATION:
Cook the rice in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) over low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes (do not rinse the rice).
