DESCRIPTION
A delicious mix for goulash with mushrooms and meat substitute in pieces.
Stew Mix is plant-based, rich in protein and fiber, enriched with LactoSpore® bacterial cultures and ready in just 10 minutes!
LactoSpore® is a spore-forming strain of Bacillus coagulans bacteria that is resistant to extreme conditions, including high temperatures and stomach acids.
The dose of bacterial cultures in the product corresponds to the recommended dose of cultures for 500 g of yogurt.
PREPARATION METHOD
Pour the contents of the package into a pot. Add 3 cups (750 ml) of water, a tablespoon (15 ml) of oil, mix and set aside for 5 minutes.
Place the pot on the heat, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for another 2 minutes. Your goulash is ready.
Serve with potatoes, groats, dumplings, vegetables, etc.
