DESCRIPTION
Burger Mix is a delicious, natural alternative to ground meat – rich in protein, gluten-free, enriched with Lactospore® cultures. Simply replace ground meat with Burger Mix in your favorite dish: burgers, meatballs, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, tacos, casseroles or stuffed potatoes.
Lactospore® is a patented spore-forming strain of Bacillus coagulans bacteria that is resistant to extreme conditions, including high temperatures and stomach acids.
The dose of bacteria cultures in the product corresponds to the recommended dose of cultures for 500 g of yogurt.
PREPARATION METHOD
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add 300 ml of hot water and mix well.
Wait 5 minutes, then prepare like ground meat.
Shape into burgers or meatballs, or fry in oil and use in spaghetti bolognese, lasagne, chili, tacos or stuffed peppers.
