DESCRIPTION
A SOY-free, plant-based and natural ground meat substitute, rich in protein, gluten-free and enriched with LactoSpore® cultures.
LactoSpore® is a spore-forming strain of Bacillus coagulans bacteria that is resistant to extreme conditions, including high temperatures and stomach acids.
The dose of bacterial cultures in the product corresponds to the recommended dose of cultures for 400 g of yogurt.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour 250 ml of hot water over the mixture, add a tablespoon of oil and mix. Wait 5 minutes, then prepare like ground meat.
Fry with onion and spices for dumplings, minced meatballs, cabbage rolls, bolognese sauce or tacos.
Shape into meatballs, sausages or roast and prepare according to the recipe.
