DESCRIPTION
Minced meat substitute without SOI, is plant-based and natural, rich in protein, gluten-free and enriched with LactoSpore® bacterial cultures.
LactoSpore® is a spore-forming strain of Bacillus coagulans bacteria that is resistant to extreme conditions, including high temperatures and stomach acids.
The dose of bacterial cultures in the product corresponds to the recommended dose of cultures for 400 g of yogurt.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour 250 ml of hot water over the mixture, add a spoonful of oil and mix. Wait 5 minutes, then prepare like ground meat.
Form into meatballs or burgers, or fry loosely for spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, chili con carne or tacos.
