vEGGs is a natural, plant-based egg substitute. Use vEGGs where you use EGGS to bind ingredients.
vEGGs is perfect for baking, cooking, breading and as a yolk substitute.
Not suitable for scrambled eggs or as a yolk substitute.
You can make 40 veggies from one pack.
PREPARATION METHOD
1 veggie: pour 50 ml of water into a container, add a teaspoon (5 ml) of vEGGs powder and mix vigorously. Set aside for 3 minutes and use as an egg.
1 veggie egg yolk: pour 25 ml of water, a teaspoon (5 ml) of vEGGs powder, a teaspoon (5 ml) of oil into a container and mix vigorously. Set aside for 3 minutes and use as an egg yolk.
