DESCRIPTION
Organic Matcha is powdered green tea. The process of making tea is a real ceremony, an experience for the senses. Thanks to its taste, Matcha is also used as an addition to baked goods, ice cream and cocktails.
A METHOD OF PREPARING
1 small, flat teaspoon of tea (approx. 2.5 g) pour 250 ml of hot, but not boiling water (approx. 70-80 degrees C), mix with quick movements until the powder dissolves and appears foam. To prepare matcha in the traditional way, use a bamboo spoon to put a portion of tea into a pre-heated bowl, pour hot, but not boiling water, and then shake it with a special bamboo whisk. This last step gives the drink a smooth, silky texture.
