Novelle green pea pasta is made from 100% green pea flour. It is a healthy alternative to traditional pasta made from wheat flour, it is lower in calories and provides many valuable ingredients.

PREPARATION METHOD
1. Boil water in a ratio of 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta.
2. Gradually add the pasta to the boiling water, without stopping the boiling.
3. Cook for 4 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and serve.
