DESCRIPTION:
Organic mung beans are distinguished by their delicately sweet and nutty flavor. They make an excellent addition to stews, soups, burgers, cutlets, salads, and sandwich spreads.
Preparation: After soaking and rinsing the beans for several hours, cook them in fresh, unsalted water for approximately 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
