Organic Matcha Green Tea
DESCRIPTION
Beginner’s Matcha is an olive-green, refined green tea from Japan with a slightly bitter flavor. Made exclusively from young tea leaves, traditionally hand-picked in early May (first harvest), after a 3-week aging period. Beginner’s Matcha is also suitable for cooking.
PREPARATION:
Pour 1 teaspoon of matcha (approx. 1-2 g) into a bowl, then pour in 100 ml of water at 80°C and mix thoroughly.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
: Store in a cool, dry place.
