DESCRIPTION
Premium Matcha is a refined green tea from Japan with a mild and delicate “umami” flavor. Made exclusively from young tea leaves, traditionally hand-picked in early May (first harvest), after a 4-week aging period.

PREPARATION:
Pour 1 teaspoon of matcha (approx. 1-2 g) into a bowl, then pour in 100 ml of water at 80°C and mix thoroughly.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place.
