: Preheat oven to 170°C (fan-assisted) or 185-190°C (non-fan-assisted). Prepare a 30 x 30 cm baking dish by lightly greasing it or lining it with baking paper. In a bowl, combine the cookie mix with the oil and milk until well combined. Shape the dough into 12 equal balls, place them on the prepared baking sheet, and flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown. Let them cool completely before eating.
