DESCRIPTION
A ready-made composition of organic cereal flakes is an excellent proposition for everyday breakfast. We recommend it as an addition to yoghurt, grain drink and fruit.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Boil flakes in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or MILK) over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
