DESCRIPTION
Black seed oil is traditionally used to prepare oriental spreads and pita bread. It has a peppery, slightly pungent taste, similar to SESAME oil. It is also perfect as an addition to flatbreads and dishes with chickpeas, cheese or beans.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
You can consume the oil in its pure form (or in combination with honey) – however, such treatment should not exceed 12-16 weeks and is not recommended for pregnant women. It should not be heated.
