DESCRIPTION
Our pasta is made from the very core (heart) of the Bactris Gasipaes palm. A series of new gluten-free pastas that are ideal for vegetarians, vegans.
Include them in your diet and feel the difference! Noodles provide a quick and healthy alternative to conventional wheat noodles and noodles based on the composition of soy flour, they are delicious served in an Asian vegetable soup or fried with vegetables.
The classic egg macaroni contains GLUTEN, which is found mainly in the flour of cereals used to produce the pasta mass.
Our palm heart pasta does not contain gluten, for the production of pasta we use only the “core” of young undeveloped palm leaves.
We do not add other ingredients that may contain GLUTEN so harmful to the human body.
Consuming gluten is especially not recommended in the case of a disease such as Hashimoto’s
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Put the pasta in a bowl and heat it for 2-5 minutes. Drain and rinse the pasta before use.
