DESCRIPTION
This universal oil is ideal for frying, baking and deep-frying. It is obtained from special, very oily varieties of sunflower and is distinguished by exceptional resistance to high temperatures – up to 210 ° C. Due to the dehydration (deodorization) process, the oil has a neutral taste and smell immediately after pressing. Thanks to this, it perfectly emphasizes the aromas of dishes – you can, for example, replace BUTTER in shortbread pastries and cakes. What’s more, the product is suitable for quickly frying and deep-frying meats, fish, tofu, vegetable burgers and potatoes. Change the oil after a maximum of 10 uses.
