How to prepare 1 serving :

1 tablespoon of pudding mix (10g)

150 ml liquid of choice (milk, plant-based drink or water) for a light creamy texture

Sweetener of choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder and many more)

1. Pour about 20ml of the liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves into the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated stove and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce heat to low. Add the dissolved mixture in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the finished pudding into a dessert bowl and eat it warm or chilled. You can also use it to make a homemade cake.
