How to prepare 1 serving (10g):

• 1 tablespoon of pudding mix (10g)
• 150ml liquid of choice (milk, plant-based drink or water) for a light creamy texture
• sweetener of choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder and many others)
