METHOD OF PREPARATION
– 300 g of BROWNIE concentrate
– 100 ml of oil
– 35 ml of water
– 1 egg
Procedure:
– Pour the dough concentrate into a bowl.
– Then break the egg, pour water and oil.
– Mix only until ingredients are combined.
– Bake for 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees C in a 20 cm diameter baking tray.
Ingredients needed for the cake for vegans:
– 300 g of BROWNIE concentrate
– 100 ml of oil
– 135 ml of water
– 1 tablespoon of ground linseed
Preparation:
– Put the dough concentrate into a bowl
– Pour the flaxseed with water and set aside for 5 minutes.
– Then pour the flaxseed and oil into the concentrate
– Mix only until the ingredients are combined
– Bake for 30 minutes at 180 – 190 degrees C in a baking tray with a diameter of 20 cm.
ATTENTION
You can also prepare a vegan cake using egg substitutes other than linseed. Remember then to use the right amount of water.
